Welcome to MontanaFair’s Online Entry System
The MontanaFair entry office uses ShoWorks Software, the major software program for fairs and livestock shows in the country. The system is exhibitor friendly, and we find that most problems for online entries stem from not following the step-by-step requirements as instructed. The following steps are required when entering:
Guideline for Online Entry to MontanaFair:
Registration Page – Each individual exhibitor must create a new account using their First and Last Name and new password every year. DO NOT ENTER a family name (ex. “Smith Family”, etc.) unless the Department you are entering has specific group classes, (ex. Schools, Groups, etc.).
Please note the new portal for 4-H Clubs or FFA Chapters to enter.
All starred (*) blanks must be filled in. READ and click yes on all of the liability waivers, statement of responsibility and other disclosures as necessary for the departments entered. Type YES in the box as required.
SUBMIT ENTRIES - You will receive an email confirmation for your entries. Upon submission, please allow 24 hours for delivery of the receipt or contact the entry office at 256-2400.
NEW PAYMENT PROCEDURES: An Exhibitor Fee will automatically apply to your account during the registration process. Horse exhibitors (Dept E & H) must add the Horse Exhibitor Fee which includes stalling and a 3-day trailer pass. Exhibitors MUST pay online at the time of entry. Your entry is confirmed to be received as of the time/date on your receipt.
WE DO NOT ADVISE ENTERING MORE THAN ONCE. You will need to remember your login information to register additional entries. Once you have submitted your entries through the online system, you are not able to make changes and will need to submit an entry change request form on the exhibit page of the website: www.montanafair.com Please ensure your contact information is correct so the entry office can get in touch with further questions or confirmation of change approval.
Exhibitor Passes: After the entry office has processed your registration, you will be able to access exhibitor tickets at a discount using your exhibitor email. Please allow time for processing and updating, the AXS ticket link will be emailed to you. Deadline to purchase exhibitor passes is August 1.
